Seeking Sales Support for our client, a major airline, in the Broward County, FL area. This role will serve as the primary point of contact with travel agents worldwide in a support role to the Sales Department’s efforts to offer high level customer service and promote sales via third party distribution sources.  

 

Some responsibilities include:

  • Travel agent booking problem resolution
  • Policy refunds within 24 hours of the booking creation
  • GDS test booking coordination during new implementations and upgrades to host system or GDS/TA systems
  • Maintenance and updates to the TA Policy and Procedures documents
  • Research and resolve “unable to confirm” (UC) and (NO) bookings;
  • Work with the Pricing and Revenue Management departments on price mis-match issues between Navitaire and GDS pricing
  • Research and resolve booking issues caused by unsuccessful communication with GDS
  • Support e-Voice initiatives to the TA community
  • Continuously update organization information to include contact information and ownership information
  • Assist and support efforts of other Marketing Department staff initiatives
  • Process new agency accounts and assist with password resets 
  • Duplicate booking query, analysis and processing / refunding
  • Name change / correction processing
  • SFPD (secure flight passenger data) updates to GDS PNRs
  • CTO issue resolution
  • OTA and TA – 24 hour refund for time-out issues
  • Credit card processing errors
  • Voice mail handling within an SLA of 24 hours
  • AG account management working in coordination with Revenue Accounting
  • Station communication regarding denied boarding or on-site consumer issues
  • Problem reporting using Solve IT or the 2nd level IT support desk
