Our client is looking for a motivated, dedicated, and driven clerical assistant to support their Purchasing team.
- Entering data into Excel spreadsheets
- Updating/maintaining inventory levels
- Filing and scanning documents
- Researching vendors
- Obtaining quotations
Have excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus NOT a must)
Be proficient working with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
