Seeking a Customer Support to provide efficient clerical support to department staff and managers. This person should also be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment, as well independently in a small team structure, organized, eye for detail, and with phone and data entry experience. Must be able to multi-task creating quotes and orders.
Responsibilities & Duties include:
- Enter data in SAP and Excel
- Compare data in reports/reconcile differences
- Answer customer inquiries relating to rate quotes and orders
- Quick and accurate data entry skills
- Processing quotes, orders
- Filing, photocopying and other clerical or administrative duties
- Adhering to confidentiality regulations

- Must be excellent in English Oral and written communications (Spanish is a +)
