The Client Coordinator assists with routine procurement activities, and helps ensure prompt and accurate member/supplier transactions and provides optimal service to members, thus helping them to enhance their competitive position and profitability.

  • Promotes optimal service to members by processing all product orders promptly and accurately 
  • Makes follow up phone and email service calls to members and suppliers
  • Work with members, vendors, carriers and accounting to quickly resolves any current billing problems 
  • Manages the completion and submission of all required documents for new vendor set up and approval 
  • Promotes department efficiency by assisting in the training process for new Buyers Assistants 


Must Have:

  • High School Diploma; College degree is preferred 
  • Minimum one year in customer service, plus experience with computerized business systems 
  • Account management experience highly preferred 
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with emphasis on Excel 
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Knowledgeable on basic mathematical calculations 
  • B.O.L experience is a plus
