Business Expense Administrator
Doral, FL | Temporary/ Hourly
CAREERXCHANGE® is seeking a Business Expense Administrator for a well-known telecommunications company in the Doral, FL area. This role will be primarily responsible for reviewing, obtaining approvals and processing reimbursements for employees travel expenses according to the company's policies.
Some Duties Include:
- Assisting employees in properly submitting expenses as well as providing information on their inquiries
- Partnering with HR to insure expenses are within company regulations
- Review and analysis of invoices to be paid, validating that they copy with the requirement defined in the internal and external regulations and policies; as they have been processed through the defined internal control processes
