Seeking an HR Assistant to assist an HR Director for an incredible team in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area with everyday routine tasks and projects. Some responsibilities include:
- Invoicing & approvals
- Documenting ravel expenses and CC reconciliations.
- Creating new spreadsheets
- Editing, adding and deleting employee handbooks based on notes written by Director
- Transcribing notes
- Speaking to clients on behalf of HR Director
- Assisting Payroll Manager once a week entering payroll and salary increases into ADP
- Assisting other HR Departments with projects when needed
