Seeking an HR Assistant to assist an HR Director for an incredible team in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area with everyday routine tasks and projects. Some responsibilities include:

 

  • Invoicing & approvals
  • Documenting ravel expenses and CC reconciliations.
  • Creating new spreadsheets
  • Editing, adding and deleting employee handbooks based on notes written by Director 
  • Transcribing notes
  • Speaking to clients on behalf of HR Director
  • Assisting Payroll Manager once a week entering payroll and salary increases into ADP
  • Assisting other HR Departments with projects when needed
