Seeking a hardworking, outgoing and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide excellent customer service to clients over the phone and clerical support to department staff and managers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and small team structure, this position may be for you. 


Some responsibilities include: 

  • Entering data in SAP and Excel 
  • Comparing data in reports/reconciling differences
  • Providing clerical support for senior staff and department manager 
  • Answering customer inquiries relating to rate quotes and orders 
  • Filing, photocopying, and other clerical or administrative duties 
  • Processing quotes and orders

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
  • 2+ years of related experience 
  • Computer savvy 
  • Friendly and helpful customer service skills 
  • Proficient typing skills 
  • Efficient organizational and multitasking capabilities 
  • Great administrative and organizational skills 
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills in English (Spanish is a major plus)
