- Conducting applicant interviews
- Making client/candidate presentations
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Is able to maintain open communication with clients and recruit based on specified needs

Staffing industry experience preferred
Minimum 2 years work experience as a recruiter
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Able to work in a fast paced environment
IT recruiting experience is a plus
