Great opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Rep in the Miami area. This position will be responsible for:

  • Validating patient identity, insurance and demographic information
  • Identifying customer concerns and assisting with the resolution
  • Answer all incoming calls and document all actions taken
  • Submit contractual adjustments on accounts as necessary
  • Resolve patient issues promptly
  • Process, document and work all incoming patient mail
  • High School degree or GED
  • 3 years customer service experience  in a health care setting
  • Call center experience is a must
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, revenue codes, DRG guidelines, ICD9, CPT4, Modifiers & HCPC codes, HIPAA and statutory regulations, and online verifications availity
  • Knowledge of softwares including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access, Vista Hipath Pro-Center Agile
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
