Customer Service Manager

Great opportunity for a Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for managing key accounts for the company, domestic market only. This role will also perform daily checks of open orders, report, follow up with customers, and handle back order issues.
- Good clear phone voice
- Work with parts or strong inventory experience preferred.
- Seasoned manager experience preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel
- Experience with number of containers coming in, number of work orders to be processed and cycle counts.
